Request deletion of your account, or specific data associated with your account, in line with Google Play's and IOS app data policies.
You can request deletion of your entire account, which closes your TitanBody account and removes your profile and associated app data, subject to the retention notes below. Alternatively, you can request deletion of specific data only while keeping your account active. For example, asking us to remove your workout history or body-metric logs without closing your account. To make either type of request, email us at support@titanbody.com with your name, the email address associated with your account, and a description of what you'd like deleted.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete the personal data associated with your TitanBody account, including your profile (name, email, avatar), your workout, training, and body-metric history logged in the app, and your app preferences and device/session identifiers tied to your account. Some information may need to be retained even after an account is deleted. [E.g., billing and transaction records are retained for tax and accounting purposes, for a period of 7 years from the transaction date, after which they are deleted, per applicable tax law.] Anything deleted is not recoverable once your request is completed.
Once we receive your request by email, we verify that it comes from the account owner — typically by confirming the email address matches the one on the account, and we may ask a follow-up question if something doesn't match. After verification, we manually delete the requested account or data from our systems. We then email you to confirm the deletion is complete, or, if we're unable to complete it (for example, because certain data must be retained per the section above), we'll explain why.Typical turnaround is within 30 days of verification. If we need more information from you to verify your identity, the turnaround period restarts once you respond.
