At TitanBody, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground by default.

• Customers may choose UPS 2-Day Air at checkout for an additional fee.

• At our discretion, TitanBody may ship orders using an alternative carrier (such as FedEx or USPS) without prior notice to the customer.

International Shipping

• International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination country.

• Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

• Transit times vary by location and carrier.

Additional Information

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• TitanBody is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
