7 SIMPLE STEPS

Wash. Rinse. Dry. Repeat.

Gentle care is the easiest way to protect the conductive components built into your suit.

01

Prepare for Wash

Remove the TitanBody Power Box and fold into the provided wash bag before the suit comes into contact with water.

02

Soak for 5 minutes

Use clean water below 86°F (30°C). The water should feel slightly cool to the touch.

03

Add mild detergent

Use a few drops of mild, neutral detergent. Look for pH 6–8 on the label.

04

Gently hand wash

Lightly knead the electrode pads and fabric. Never scrub hard or use a brush. If machine washing is absolutely necessary, use the provided laundry bag.

05

Rinse thoroughly

Rinse with plenty of clean water until no foam remains. Detergent residue can corrode the conductive materials.

06

Press out water gently

Absorb water with a towel. Do not wring and do not spin dry.

07

Air dry completely

Dry in a cool, shaded, ventilated place. No direct sunlight and no tumble drying. Make sure the suit is completely dry before storage or use.

PROTECT YOUR SUIT

What you should never use.

The following washing methods and products can damage the conductive components. Damage caused by improper washing is not considered a product quality issue and is not covered by warranty.

Sodium Hypochlorite

Household bleach / “84” disinfectant can corrode conductive metals and destroy conductivity.

Chlorine Disinfectants

Chlorine-based disinfectants and wipes can cause irreversible corrosion.

Fabric Softener / Laundry Sanitizer

These products can coat conductive fibers and degrade conductivity.

Powdered Detergent

Strongly alkaline detergents (pH 9–12) can corrode metal plating.

Hydrogen Peroxide / Oxidizing Bleach

Oxidizing agents can attack the conductive fiber coating.

Wash Without the Provided Bag

Machine washing without the provided bag can pull on conductive wires and impact electrode pads.

Soaking Longer Than 10 Minutes

Prolonged soaking can accelerate oxidation and corrosion of metal parts.

Hot Water / Ironing / Direct Sunlight

Avoid water above 104°F (40°C), ironing and direct sunlight because heat can damage conductive and insulating materials.

Improper care of your TitanBody suit, including failure to follow the cleaning instructions, can void your warranty.
