30-Day Return Period

We want you to be fully confident in your TitanBody™ purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your product within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a refund.

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery.
  • Returned products must be in resellable condition (clean, undamaged, and with no signs of excessive wear).
  • All original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Submit your return request at https://returns.titanbody.com within thirty (30) days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  • Our support team will provide return instructions and an RA number.
  • Ship the product back with the RA number clearly marked. Packages must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once the product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Products not returned in resellable condition or returned with missing components may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% or may be refused entirely.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified defect covered by warranty.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party resellers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or improper maintenance
  • Commercial-use purchases

Exchanges

If your TitanBody suit doesn’t fit quite right, we offer a straightforward exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit. Exchanges are also available for any approved warranty claims, so you’re always supported if something isn’t working as it should.
