Warranty Coverage

  • TitanBody™ PowerBox: Covered by a three (3) year limited warranty.
  • TitanBody™ Garments (Suits/Accessories with Electrodes, Wiring, and Connection Points): Covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.

This warranty applies only to normal, personal, non-commercial use of TitanBody™ products. Any use in a commercial or institutional setting voids all warranties

Warranty Start Date

All TitanBody™ limited warranties begin on the date the product is shipped by TitanBody or an authorized TitanBody™ representative/dealer to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Transferable Warranty

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any resale or second-hand purchase is not covered.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Commercial use
  • Failure to follow the TitanBody™ User Manual instructions and guidelines
  • Mishandling, improper assembly, installation, storage, or maintenance
  • Misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, water damage, or exposure to liquids
  • Alterations, modifications, or tampering
  • Use of non-original TitanBody™ parts, accessories, or third-party products
  • Power surges, improper batteries/chargers, or use of third-party charging equipment

Warranty Validation

A warranty claim will only be honored if:

  • Proof of original purchase is provided.
  • The claim is submitted by the original purchaser.
  • The product is returned to TitanBody™ or an authorized dealer for inspection.

Failure to provide accurate and updated purchaser information may void the warranty.

Warranty Claims

All suspected defective TitanBody™ components must be reported to TitanBody™ Technical Support within ten (10) calendar days of discovery. Claims must include:

  • Product identification number
  • Owner’s name, address, and contact information
  • Description of the defect
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photographs or videos of the issue

No product will be repaired or replaced without an authorized warranty claim. TitanBody™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace the defective product. Monetary refunds are only available during the initial fourteen (14) days following purchase (the “Trial Period”).

Dealer Authorization

TitanBody™ does not authorize any dealer, retailer, or representative to create or extend any warranty obligations on behalf of TitanBody™.
