What is TitanBody®?

TitanBody® is a wearable EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) fitness system that activates your muscles through electrical impulses while you train. It includes a full-body suit, app integration, and optional accessories to elevate your fitness experience.

Who can use TitanBody®?

TitanBody® is designed for anyone looking to improve their fitness, from busy professionals with limited time to seasoned athletes looking to up their game. The suit adapts to different experience levels, making it accessible while still delivering a challenging and rewarding workout.

If I lose weight and my suit becomes loose, do I have to purchase whole new system?

No! Your Power Box and accessories should last you years, even if you need a replacement suit. We sell individual suits in our full range of standard sizes so you can update your suit size as needed. And you won't need to replace your suit frequently; our suits are sized tight to both ensure electrode conductivity and provide some wiggle room to account for anticipated weight loss.

Can people with implants or medical devices use TitanBody®?

Usually not. Pacemakers, ICDs, and certain nerve stimulators can interfere with EMS signals. Always speak with a physician before using the technology if you have any implanted device.

How long does a TitanBody® workout take?

A typical EMS session with TitanBody® lasts 20 minutes and delivers results equivalent to an intense 3-4 hour traditional workout.

Does this replace conventional training entirely?

No. EMS can reduce the need for endless training in the gym, but voluntary movement and skill-based training are still essential. Use EMS as a performance enhancer, not a total substitute.

How often should I train with TitanBody®?

For optimal results, we recommend training with your EMS suit 3-4 times per week. Allow adequate recovery time in between training sessions and do not use if you are experiencing muscle soreness or any signs of muscle strain.

Will my skin get irritated?

Some users experience mild redness or tingling at first. This is often temporary. Ensure proper electrode contact, stay hydrated, and keep the suit clean to minimize irritation.

Which muscle groups can the TitanBody® suit target?

Our EMS suit has 20 integrated electrodes that deliver powerful electrical impulses to most major and minor muscle groups, including pectorals, biceps, triceps, abdominals, trapezius, latissimus dorsi, obliques, quadriceps, and hamstrings.

How long does it take to see results with TitanBody®?

Results vary from person to person, depending on your goals, training frequency, intensity, and individual biology. Consistency and effective use of the suit are key. Many users begin to notice visible changes within 2–3 weeks of regular training.

What if one electrode zone stops working?

If you notice that one electrode or electrode zone is not working, first check to ensure that the fit of the suit is still optimal and that all of the pads are making contact with the skin. Second, check to ensure you have not turned off that pad or zone, as each electrode is independently controllable and it is possible for individual pads to be turned off.  Also make sure that you work up a slight sweat before using your suit. The pads need a tiny bit of moisture to conduct, so if your skin is completely dry, you may not be achieving conducitvity with the electrodes. How do I wash the suit?

After training, remove the TitanBody® suit and fold it neatly as if you were packing it for travel. Insert the folded suit into the provided wash bag and secure the zipper. Machine wash with cold water on delicate mode only. To dry, remove the suit from the wash bag and hang fully unfolded out of direct sunlight.

Do I need to be lean or low body fat for it to work?

Not necessarily. Higher body fat can slightly reduce conductivity, but modern suits like TitanBody®’s dry tech are designed to adapt. You may need higher intensity settings at first, but results will still come with consistent use.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. Each TitanBody® suit comes with a 1-year warranty, and the Power Box is covered by a 3-year warranty. These warranties protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact our support team for assistance with repair or replacement options.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
