Jul 29, 2026 by Taylor Berry TitanBody 2.0 vs. Original: Every Upgrade Explained We've officially launched the TitanBody 2.0 EMS Powersuit, a significantly upgraded version of our original wireless EMS suit. But what’s actually different? Quite a bit. Rather than making a few minor tweaks, we re-engineered the suit with new hardware, expanded muscle coverage, smarter software, enhanced safety features, and improved customization. In this guide, we’ll walk through every major upgrade and explain how the TitanBody 2.0 compares to the original model so you can see exactly what's new. Quick Comparison Table Feature Original TitanBody TitanBody 2.0 Price $1,895 $2,495 EMS Channels 10 14 Output Voltage 50V Up to 70V Electrode Pads 20 28+ Waveforms Square only Sine, Square, Triangle Muscle Zones Standard Added deltoids, calves, inner and outer thighs EMG Feedback No Yes Sizing Unisex Men's & Women's sizing More EMS Channels TitanBody actively listened to user feedback from the original suit and incorporated their proposed improvements into a brand-new, industry-defining EMS suit: TitanBody 2.0. Improvements included greater muscle coverage, additional channels, new padded areas, and other upgrades. The original TitanBody features 10 channels, so we upgraded the new suit to 14 independent channels. Why? Because more channels permit the system to stimulate more muscle groups during the same workout while providing more precise control over each area. Therefore, the TitanBody 2.0 introduces dedicated channels for the deltoids, calves, and inner thighs. More Electrode Pads for Better Precision The original TitanBody featured 20 electrodes. We increased it to 28 individually controllable dry electrodes for the TitanBody 2.0. In addition to adding more pads, we redesigned the electrode layout and enlarged several pad areas, including the glutes and chest, to provide more consistent muscle activation across larger muscle groups. The new dry-contact electrode material also improves comfort while maintaining a reliable connection throughout your workout. Higher Output for Experienced Users A new EMS suit requires more power than the original. We increased the suit’s output from 50V to up to 70V. This doesn't mean every workout should be performed at maximum intensity. Instead, it provides additional headroom for experienced users who want stronger muscle contractions as they progress through their training. Like every TitanBody session, intensity remains fully adjustable within the app. Three Waveform Modes Instead of One The original TitanBody used a single Square waveform. TitanBody 2.0 now allows you to choose between three stimulation patterns, each designed for a different training objective: Square, triangle, and sine waves. Many competitors typically stick to one waveform, for example, sine or biphasic rectangular. However, this new suit provides the following three for a custom experience: Square Wave This waveform delivers fast, powerful muscle contractions instantly. The power turns all the way on immediately, stays intense, and then turns completely off. It’s ideal for intense strength training when you want your muscles to hit peak contraction fast. Triangle Wave Feels like a steady, gradual buildup. The power gradually increases like a steep hill, hits the top, and then slides back down. It’s ideal for warming up muscles slowly or doing physical therapy. Sine Wave This is a more smooth, gentle wave. It rolls in and out softy with no sudden jolts or sharp stinging feelings. It’s best for relaxing, cooling down, or post-workout recovery. Being able to switch waveforms directly from the app allows each workout to better match your goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all stimulation pattern. Live EMG Feedback One of the most significant additions to TitanBody 2.0 is integrated EMG feedback. For the first time in EMS suit training, the suit can display real-time muscle activity during your workout. Instead of simply delivering electrical stimulation, the system also measures muscle engagement, allowing you to better understand how your muscles are responding throughout each session. A Smarter App That Continues to Improve TitanBody has always been app-controlled, but we’ve made significant upgrades that offer considerably more functionality. Users can now: Switch waveform modes View EMG muscle feedback Customize workouts Receive over-the-air firmware updates Because the Power Box supports Bluetooth firmware updates, future improvements can be delivered directly to your device without replacing the hardware. Better Fit. Better Comfort. Fit plays an important role in EMS performance. Instead of using a one-size-fits-all design, TitanBody 2.0 introduces dedicated men's and women's sizing across a wide range of sizes. Combined with redesigned electrode materials and improved pad placement, the new suit provides better skin contact, improved comfort, and more consistent stimulation. New Safety Features The TitanBody 2.0 also introduces several behind-the-scenes improvements. The system also monitors skin contact during workouts and provides active app alerts on the connection. Which Suit Is Right for You? The original TitanBody remains an excellent and high-quality wireless EMS training system for users looking to experience full-body EMS workouts at home at an affordable price. TitanBody 2.0, however, takes EMS workouts to a different and higher level and is more intended for users looking for advanced EMS training. With additional channels, greater muscle coverage, customizable waveform modes, integrated EMG feedback, stronger output, and software designed to evolve through future updates, it represents a substantial step forward in wireless EMS technology. Final Thoughts At TitanBody, we’re always thinking of ways to enhance the user experience, and a new and improved suit was the way to go. It was designed to rethink what an at-home wireless EMS suit could be. From the hardware inside the Power Box to the redesigned electrode layout, expanded muscle coverage, live EMG feedback, smarter safety systems, and enhanced app experience, nearly every component has been upgraded. If you're looking for the most advanced EMS suit in the game, the TitanBody 2.0 delivers the biggest leap forward in the industry. FAQ Why is the TitanBody 2.0 more expensive than the original? The TitanBody 2.0 is a complete redesign rather than a minor update. It features 14 independent EMS channels instead of 10, 28 individually controllable electrode pads, up to 70V output, three selectable waveform modes, integrated EMG muscle feedback, upgraded electrode materials, new safety features, and dedicated men's and women's sizing. These hardware and software advancements required a complete re-engineering of the system, resulting in a more capable and customizable EMS training experience. Will the original TitanBody suit still be available? Yes. The original TitanBody suit will continue to be available for those looking for a more affordable, yet high-quality device. The TitanBody 2.0 expands on that foundation with additional features and advanced technology at a higher price point. Is it worth upgrading to the TitanBody 2.0? Absolutely! While our original EMS suit delivered effective full-body training, we deliberately increased muscle coverage, output, and more to provide an even better workout experience with greater precision, flexibility, and long-term performance.See More PostsWhy a Full Body Workout Suit Gives You More Freedom to Train Your Way Aug 20, 2026 A full body workout suit should adapt to the way you train, not limit it.
